TMS, WTS... and confusion!

It seems I may have confused some of you with my post regarding WETHERING THE STORM and Barnes & Noble yesterday from the messages I’ve been receiving, so let me try again…

Because I signed a publishing deal with Montlake (Amazon) for THE MIGHTY STORM and WETHERING THE STORM those books will ONLY be available to buy through Amazon as of the 20^th August 2013. Until that date, THE MIGHTY STORM will still be available to buy on all other sites, but it will be taken down on the 19^th August and will then only be available on Amazon. This applies to ebook and paperback. WETHERING THE STORM is currently available for pre-order with Amazon.

As for my other books, THE BRINGER, FIRST BITTEN AND ORIGINAL SIN, they will remain as they are, available on ALL sites as they are self-published/indie publisher.

As for the THIRD STORM BOOK, Tom’s story (yet to be titled). I haven’t signed a deal for it at this time, BUT Montlake have requested to see it when finished, so if I do sign for Tom’s book with Montlake, the same will stand for that and it will only be available through Amazon. If not, it will be self-published and available through ALL sellers.

As for future books, i.e. TROUBLE ...as it stands at the moment, I’m self-publishing Trouble and it will be available through ALL sellers.

I hope I’ve managed to cover everything here. And sorry if I confused you yesterday!

An update...

 

On my last update, I said that I was aiming to have BLOOD LIES released in the summer and for TROUBLE to follow … but unfortunately it’s not going to plan L I’ve sat down many times to write BLOOD LIES, but Alex just doesn’t seem to want to tell her story at the moment. Frustrating, I know. But I’m not going to force the story out. If I do it’ll end up being sub-par and I don’t want to do that to you the readers or the characters. You guys deserve the best story I can write, so for now I’m putting BLOOD LIES on hold for a little while. I hope you’ll all understand this. I apologise profusely, but when the story’s not coming, it’s not coming. I’m telling you all this now as I want to be straight and upfront. And PLEASE know that I appreciate your patience and loyalty to the AJ series and me. I <3 you all!

On a good note, one of my characters is talking to me (I know I sound a little crazy when I say this!) Mia’s voice is loud and clear and she has a lot to say, so I’m steaming ahead with TROUBLE, which will mean that this will be released in this summer, if not a little earlier … but I’m not setting any dates yet!

So with that said, keep an eye out for TROUBLE teasers … and I have a little something coming for you all in the next few days ;)

WTS is still on schedule for August 20^th, and after that I will begin writing Tom and Lyla’s story – I cannot freaking wait to get stuck into Tom!

WETHERING THE STORM Teaser #7

Lifting his head, staring up at me in the darkness, Jake grips my waist.

Without a word, he stands and picks me up, sitting me on the piano. The keys tinkle as I rest my feet on them.

Leaning into me, he buries his face in my neck. “I don’t want to talk.” He surprises me by taking a shaky breath. “I just need to be inside you, Tru. Deep inside you.”

My 2013/14 Book Releases

 

Over the last couple of days, many of you have been messaging me asking when my other books aside from Wethering The Storm will be released, so this is the order of releases as they currently stand, and of course they are subject to change…

 

Blood Lies ­– I know you AJ fans have been waiting an age for this book, so it’s taking some precedence (aside from the Wethering The Storm edits of course!). I’m aiming for a late Spring/early Summer release.

Then it will be Trouble which I’m hoping will reach you all around the same time as Blood Lies if not just a little after. I don’t want to wait too long to get Mia and Jordan to you!

As you now know Wethering The Storm will be released on the 20^th August 2013.

After that I’ll be working on the third Storm book, which is currently untitled. This will be Tom and Lyla’s story, and will be released in 2014.

Lastly…. after Tom’s book is finished, I will be starting a new adult series in early 2014, which I’m VERY excited about! ;)
