I’ve been holding off on telling you all this is in the hope that I would be telling you on a better note … but that’s not possible at the moment, and as we’re getting closer to that December date I couldn’t hold off telling you any longer so here goes ………

Wethering The Storm won’t be released on the 21^st December.

I know I can hear you all shouting at me from here, WHY??! … There is a really, really good reason, I promise, just not one I can't share with you at the moment.

I don’t have a release date, but when I do, I promise I will let you know straight away.

I am sorry. Super massively sorry. This is just totally beyond my control, but there is a good reason.

I love you all very muchly, and I promise the next time I post WTS news, it will be good news.

Wethering The Storm Teaser #3!!

“You know we could get pulled over by the cops as they might think you’re kidnapping me, having me blindfold like this,” I say.

“The windows are tinted, sweetheart.”

“Of course they are.”

I fold my arms over my chest at the sound of Jake’s soft laughter.

“Well, with the speed you drive at we’ll probably get pulled over for a ticket. Then what will you tell them?”

“That my fiancée is kinky and she gets her sexual kicks from me driving her around blindfold. Then, and only then, will she let me fuck her.”

“Jake!”

“That, or we’re into BDSM and you’re my submissive. And seeing you like this is how I get my kicks.” I feel his hand go to my leg, his rough fingertips gently stroking the skin just above my knee.

This is the first time in five days that he’s touched me intimately. My pulse jumps and my whole body responds.

I thought as it was title and cover release day, and I've been teasing you all for long enough that I would give you a little treat .... a snippet from Jake's POV! Enjoy....

“I love you,” she breathes. And I feel it everywhere, almost like her pretty little hands are running all over me right now.


“Love you more.”


“Not possible.”


“No?” I smile “I’ll show you later just exactly how much I love you.”


A bang on the door behind me frightens the shit out of me, then Tom’s loud voice booms, “Come on motherfucker! Stop whispering sweet nothings to Tru and get your tardy ass out here and in the car, I’m fuckin’ dying for a drink!”


Shaking my head, laughing, I say, “Gotta go, baby, the boys are waiting. I’ll see you later.”


I hang up with Tru, and when I get to the car, Tom and Denny are in the back waiting.


“Where to?” Dave asks, driving us for the night.


I look over my shoulder at Tom and Denny.


“Déjà-fuckin’-vu!” Tom grins.


“No fuckin’ way man! I’m not going to a strip joint. If Tru finds out, she’ll kick my ass.”


Tom rolls his eyes. “Okay, Crazy Girls.”


“I said no strip joints.”


“It’s not a strip joint. It’s a respectable establishment.”


“It’s a bikini bar.”


“Exactly. Tits and ass all covered. Tru can’t get pissed about that.”

Times are a-changin'....

Things have been a little crazy for me since The Mighty Storm came out, in the best possible way of course! And I’ve been pulling myself in quite a few different directions, which has become exhausting to say the least! My original plan before TMS came out was to write and release Blood Lies, the third book in the Alexandra Jones series, then I would write and release the sequel to TMS. Things haven’t exactly gone to plan, I won’t bore you with the details, but suffice to say TMS has been consuming all of my time, in more ways than one, so I’ve found myself at a bit of a crossroads with what to do. I’ve also been listening to what you guys want … and after much deliberation I made a decision on what to do....

 

I’m switching release dates.

 

I’m moving Blood Lies to be released next year and bringing TMS2 forward for release in December, I’m giving a tentative release date of 21^st December 2012!

I know this will be a disappointment for fans of the AJ series, all I can say is I want to give my all to Alex and Nathan, and with the way things stand at the moment Tru and Jake are literally consuming all of my time. The last thing I want to do is put out a second rate book just to make a promised date – I couldn’t do that to them, or you guys.

For TMS fans I know this will be happy news for you all that the release date has been significantly brought forward!

I love all my characters and want to write them the best I can, and I know with absolute certainty this is the right order to do the releases.

Thank you all so much for your support it in the months past and on-going, it means the absolute world to me … I ♥ you all to the moon and back!
